Tell us what happened, which device and OS you use, and your PointBook version. Please do not attach a database backup unless we ask for it.
Before contacting us
Back up your records
Open Settings → Data management → Export before resetting or reinstalling the app.
Refresh the widget
Open PointBook once after an update. If needed, remove and add the widget again.
Check notification access
Confirm notification permission in system settings and review each mission’s reminder.
Include useful details
Share reproducible steps and screenshots, but remove private mission or photo content first.
